International Journal of Emerging Issues in Management, Accounting and Technology (IJEMAT) aims to explore the rich and multidimensional world of management, accounting and technology in depth, especially the emerging issues. By providing a comprehensive overview of this field from both theoretical and practical perspectives, it aims to reveal the implications and potentials of emerging issues in management, accounting and technology on economic growth, accounting practices and innovation as well Islamic leadership practices and social justice.

IJEMAT focuses on how the principles of management, accounting and technology can play a role within the evolving organization and how these principles can make our management and accounting systems more ethical, fair and sustainable. By bringing together academics, practitioners and policymakers, this platform offers a space to explore the interaction between the ethical and innovative approaches of management, accounting and technology in relation to organizational outcomes.

IJEMAT aims to be a rich source of both theoretical depth and practical applications for all the professionals in the field of management, accounting as well as technology. The place and importance of management, especially management concept such as leadership, Islamic leadership, Islamic management and values in the global economy is one of the main focuses of our journal. We aim for research in this field to shed light on how the principles of business, management, accounting, and technology can be put into practice, how these principles can provide innovative solutions to global economic, finance and technological problems, and how they can play a critical role in the process of business process and management development.
