By providing a comprehensive overview of this field from both theoretical and practical perspectives, it aims to reveal the implications and potentials of emerging issues in management, accounting and technology on economic growth, accounting practices and innovation as well Islamic leadership practices and social justice.
IJEMAT focuses on how the principles of management, accounting and technology can play a role within the evolving organization and how these principles can make our management and accounting systems more ethical, fair and sustainable. By bringing together academics, practitioners and policymakers, this platform offers a space to explore the interaction between the ethical and innovative approaches of management, accounting and technology in relation to organizational outcomes.
